Southern California and Baja Mexico might share a border, but the food doesn’t. Cali-Baja cuisine is the culmination of recipes, techniques, and food culture shared between Baja and Southern California. Our menu reflects land-and-sea ingredients, open-fire cooking, huertos (family gardens), and locally sourced proteins.

Our culinary identity is rooted in ingredients. We obsess over olive oil, fresh tomatoes, herbs, and perfectly marbled picanha. Our food truck is a laboratory where tradition and vanguard innovation converge, allowing us to develop new school creations while respecting old school street food.
